Purpose of job position:                
LQA Lead junior is responsible for monitoring projects' workflow for the LQA program and checking if deadlines are met.   

                     
Main responsibilities                        

  1. Gathers feedback from translators and proof-readers and passes it on to the client                    
  2. Monitors project activities, suggests improvements                    
  3. Adheres to the localization instructions regarding quality provided by the customer                    
  4. Identifies and reports linguistic issues and discrepancies                    
  5. Cooperates on planning projects and solving project issues                    
  6. Cooperates with the Project Manager during the course of the project                    
  7. Checks QA forms to make sure reviewers carefully filled them out                      
  8. Assigns projects according to reviewers' capacity                    
  9. Assists reviewers whenever needed                      
  10. Monitors projects' workflow and check deadlines are met                    
  11. Coordinates the proof readers' work                    
  12. Provides feedback to translators, localizers and proof-readers                    
  13. Contributes to the linguistic workflows and processes definitions and specifications            

Qualifications/Skills 

  1. Bachelor degree in translation or extensive experience in the field                                    
  2. Translation work, knowledge of translation environment                    
  3. Min. experience in the field: 2 years                                    
  4. English: Upper-Intermediate (8)                                    
  5. MS Office packages - Outlook                                    
  6. Communication and collaboration
