This exciting role offers opportunity to:

• Setting long term commercial and sourcing strategic direction for assigned Power Distribution Unit, Cabinets, Racks, cables, etc.
• Be responsible for Project Purchasing, including: comply to SCM policy, procurement strategies, control of all procurement resources and activates in the project, implementation, controlling and monitoring, technical comparison of supplier offer/compliance with tender specification in coordination with Sales/LSG Tender project management team 
• Be responsible for deploying SCM strategies and policies such as contract Management, support the Project Management team in suggesting/identifying prospective contractors/vendors for executing turnkey's jobs, explore prospective supplier base for sourcing the required parts/equipment/services, 
• Sub-contractor management, for mechanical and electrical installation, Power and precision, air conditioning equipment installation, fire suppression, civil work for project implementation
• On-line and off-line bidding for all kinds of 3rd party items to achieve best margin for the company
• Structure commercial negotiations, agreements, and total cost of ownership in ways that optimize expenditures, operating expense, cash flow and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• 15+ years of experience in purchasing and supplier management; more than 10 years of purchasing experience in IDC, air conditioning, communication equipment, HVAC engineering or mechanical and electrical engineering
• Experience from digital infrastructure (Data Center), electrical, structural, mechanical and construction scope
• Have electrical installation engineering experience, familiar with industry laws and regulations
• Familiar with common mechanical and electrical engineering material specifications and market conditions
• A registered electrical engineer, cost engineer or CPSM related qualifications can be used as additional points
• Master more engineering business resources, and be able to carry out engineering business development, certification, and management
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in business level English in oral and written
• Ability to work effectively under stress
