In this position, you will be working with engineers and scientists that are developing and optimizing the manufacturing processes for current and future silicon technology nodes. Most positions will be focused on productivity and efficiency projects to help accelerate Intel's ability to deliver critically needed semiconductor products.

Intern project work could include:

- Create and validate capacity models for fab equipment, then use those models to determine equipment requirements to meet the fab technology ramps across the company.
- Spatially optimize the configuration of first-of-a-kind equipment and use that information to create layout blocks and fab and labs layouts.
- Completing efficiency time studies resulting in new procedures or fixtures to facilitate work in the fab.
- Design, develop, test, and debug software applications that are used by end-users or integrated with other applications.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. The experience listed below may be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:


- Full-time student pursuing a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or related degree.

- Carrying a minimum of a 3.0 GPA in college courses to date.

Preferred Qualifications:


- 3.5 GPA in college courses to date.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
