1. Leads a team to design the LV switchgear assembly base design and include suitable Eaton components. This includes mechanical and electrical design, generating user &operating manuals and compliance certificate requirements. Keep our offering up to date according to market trend and competitor offerings. 2. Enable rapid customization using licensed panels and Eaton LV components. 3. Work with Product line managers and Service engineers to deeply understand specific industrial customer requirements and develop related solution to solve end customer paint point. Ability of Components to Industrial dedicated solution. 4. Works together with 3rd party vendors to create and implement smart swtichgear offerings, like IoT switchgear solution as a default. Have experience and / or knowledge of software, panel system and platforms. 5. Manages and develops his/ her team enabling growth and build sustainable organizational capability. 6. Uses Domain expertise in LV switchgear including technology of MNC and local panel builder including material and core parts suppliers to grow the licensed panel program significantly. 7. Ensures timely completion of projects within the budgeted time and expense constraints 8. Works with the Product Line Manager and customers to identify future customer requirements and translates the Voice-of-Customer to Critical-to-Quality project requirements. 9. Makes benchmark analysis of competitive offers to ensure Eaton offers are competitive and differentiated. 10. Leverages internal and external resources to accelerate Time-to-Market and increase efficiency. Work with product manager/R&D to develop IoT Panel go to market plan for panel and PaaS platform overall introduction and SaaS solution application scenarios 11. Makes sure our Eaton offers are sustainable and robust by implementing suitable elements of DfSS. 12. Supports FAE engineering when complex customer implementations that exceed the standard offer. Qualifications MSEE is required, M.Sc. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 10+ years experience in designing LV assemblies 5 years experience in managing an engineering team. Experience developing Software applications or automation is a plus. have knowledge of MNC & Local IoT player platform functions and business models, including solutions, cost & market price, is a prefer.
