1. 实施常规和非常规实验室化学分析，包括样品前处理，仪器操作，数据分析及结果报告，分析并解决测试过程中出现的问题，确保测试结果的准确有效；

Perform routine or non-routine laboratory chemical analysis involving sample preparation, instrument operation, data analysis and results reporting, analyze and solve problems in test process to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the results;

2. 管理实验室设备（如：ICP, GC, XRF, IC等），包括故障解决，执行预防维护，修理等，制定年度校准计划，保证实验室设备的正常运行状态；

Management laboratory equipment (e.g., ICP, GC, XRF, IC), such as troubleshooting, conducting preventative maintenance, repairing, and so on, make the yearly calibration plan, keep lab equipment in right order;

3. 负责新仪器的验收及新方法的开发与验证工作，负责新项目的研发与测试工作，保证分析结果的可靠性和精确度，编制相应的标准操作规程；

Responsible for the acceptance of new equipment, develop and validate new method, carry out the R & D and test work for new project, ensure reliability and accuracy of analytical results, write the related standard operating procedures.

4. 维护和改进实验室管理体系以确保其符合CNAS的认可要求，评审和监督测试结果，指导分析技术员；

Maintain and improve laboratory management system document to meets the requirements of CNAS, audit and monitoring test result, give instructions to analysis technician;

5. 制定并执行人员培训计划，并对在训人员的技术能力进行评估，以确保其技术能力满足实验室的要求；

Make and implement the lab staff training plan, and assess their technical ability.

6. 协助实验室主管完成实验室年度计划和年度目标。

Assist laboratory superintendent to completion of the annual targets.

应聘要求：

1. 学历：化学或相关专业，本科5年以上工作经验，或硕士两年以上工作经验；

Educational: Chemistry or related subject, bachelor's degree for more than five years of work experience, or master degree for more than two years of work experience.

2. 工作经验：有化学分析实验室工作及管理经验，有环境实验室工作经历或固体废弃物分析经验者优先，有化工行业外企工作经验者优先；

Experiences: Work and management experience in chemical analysis laboratory is needed. Work experience of environmental lab or solid wastes analysis is preferred; work experience in multi-national company in chemical industries is preferred.

熟悉ISO17025管理体系，具有在通过CNAS认可、CMA认证等相关实验室的工作经验，取得CNAS实验室评审员资格的优先；

Be familiar with the ISO17025 management system, have relevant work experience in the laboratory accredited by CNAS, certificated by CMA and so on. A laboratory reviewer of CNAS is preferred.

3. 计算机能力：熟练使用office办公软件，Word、Excel、PowerPoint等，有实验室信息管理系统使用经验；

Computer Capability: Good skill for office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., experience in LIMS.

4. 语言能力：良好的英语听说读写能力；

Language: Good English skill of listening, speaking, reading and writing.

5. 其他：具有团队精神及良好的沟通技巧，有较强的分析问题的能力及独立解决问题的能力，能够在承受压力的情况下工作，敢于面对挑战；

Others: Teamwork spirit and good communication skills, strong analytical thinking, trouble shooting independently, is able to work under pressure and prefer to face challenges.
