Job Summary:

In this role you will focus on plant products testing (e.g. YBB testing), water system, environment and incoming raw material in chemical lab. You will support lab equipment validation, maintenance and calibration to comply the cGMP always.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the testing of all routine incoming, in-process and final release of materials and products in chemical lab and keep compliance.
• Be responsible for all non-routine analyses requested by production, process departments and customers in chemical lab.
• Support water system validation and routine sampling and test in chemical lab.
• Maintain and improve quality systems in the chemical laboratory-OOS, deviations, change controls, documentation and others.
• Be responsible for maintaining the chemical laboratory facilities, instrumentations, chemicals inventory for proper functioning of the laboratory, while maintaining quality budge and safety expectations.
• Write and edit SOI of lab per requirement.
• Lab equipment validation, maintenance and calibration.
• Sample, test, record and release of Incoming material per requirement.
• Be responsible for retention samples according to requirement.
• To comply the cGMP always.
• Other duties as assigned
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree majored in chemical or relevant education background.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Quality department as QC or lab testing.
  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good communication skill, with team work spirit.
• Good computer skill.
• Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
• Support and contribute in Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
• Able to comply with the company’s safety policy at all times
