Job Description
Job Role Responsibilities
- Assist Product Quality Assurance Manager to oversee daily plant laboratory operation to comply with company Safety / Quality /Control requirement and meet the customer’s expectation;
- Develop and maintain the testing method procedure, review the test data;
- Coordinate for quality control & guidelines maintenance;
- Set up the Bill of Material, review the production report for formulation compliance;
- Provide the test method training to testing personnel and maintain the testing record;
- Coordinate / responsible for test equipment calibration and maintenance;
- Lead or participate in the quality incident investigation;
- Assist the production formulation continuous optimization
- Any ad hoc work assigned by lab manager
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelor or above degree education.
- Major in Chemistry, Biology or relevant Science.
- More than 1 years’ work experience in lab or production department.
- Good logic analysis and troubleshooting skill
- Good communication skill in both of Chinese and English.
- Good inter-personal skill to work across different departments.
- Able to work independently and take the pressure.
