Job Role Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist Product Quality Assurance Manager to oversee daily plant laboratory operation to comply with company Safety / Quality /Control requirement and meet the customer’s expectation;
• Develop and maintain the testing method procedure, review the test data;
• Coordinate for quality control & guidelines maintenance;
• Set up the Bill of Material, review the production report for formulation compliance;
• Provide the test method training to testing personnel and maintain the testing record;
• Coordinate / responsible for test equipment calibration and maintenance;
• Lead or participate in the quality incident investigation;
• Assist the production formulation continuous optimization
• Any ad hoc work assigned by lab manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree education.
• Major in Chemistry, Biology or relevant Science.
• More than 1 years’ work experience in lab or production department.
• Good logic analysis and troubleshooting skill
• Good communication skill in both of Chinese and English.
• Good inter-personal skill to work across different departments.
• Able to work independently and take the pressure.
