How will you make an impact?

Unity(tm) Lab Services is a business segment that supports the Customer Channels Group, which provides critical outsourced on-site services at customer locations focused on improving supply chain and research operations efficiency and effectiveness. Examples of these services are Stockroom and point-of-use inventory management, sourcing and order management, dock management, asset management, and laboratory support services including glassware washing, gas cylinder management, and media preparation. We provide services at over 400 customer sites globally, which deepens the customer relationship and creates value for our customers through improved productivity, data to drive decisions, and lowered operating costs.

What will you do?

• Daily disinfection of lab counter-tops using antigen specific disinfectant including lab door handles
• Weekly disinfectant of lab floors using two bucket mopping method
• Vacuuming prior to mopping required using HEPA filtered clean room vacuum
• Weekly lab general housekeeping including: Dusting tops of equipment and cabinets, electrical chases, window cleaning, cabinetry cleaning – handles, panels, etc.
• Weekly chart changing and filing
• Monthly disinfection of lab chairs and other floor peripherals such as foot stools, etc
• Monthly cleaning of all fire water retention reservoirs located in B55 expansion
• Quarterly inspection of HVAC vents and cleaning via vacuuming
• Annual stripping/waxing of lab floors

How will you get here?
Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
