Siemens Healthineers India is looking for Marketing Head for its Lab Diagnostics Business Area. Internal Title: Marketing Operations Manager Business Title: Senior General Manager - Marketing Job Responsibilities Develops and / or ensures implementation of product related marketing strategies to drive product demand in assigned organizational units and specific customer classification segments Develops and implements a unit-wide marketing plan and cooperates with all involved departments to ensure execution. Defines and allocates product marketing budgets and resources and constantly controls and monitors budget adherence. Develops a forward-looking business strategy and product marketing plan driving profitable growth and sets and monitors respective targets. Plans, coordinates and oversees progress and achievements for outbound marketing activities agreed for assigned products. Develops product marketing requirements, defines & establish product pricing, product messaging and positioning for assigned organizational Units. Leads a team of 4-5 product managers and drives people development Manages market share data and analytics :Leads discussions with Global team and during budget cycle. Education & Qualification Graduate in Medical Science (Biomedical/Biochemistry/Biology) ; MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage At least 15 years of experience In-Vitro Diagnostics or related medical field in Sales/Marketing roles Preferably having experience in budget planning and financial knowledge Prior Team Handling experience is must Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Private Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
