We are looking for an experienced, talented, and enthusiastic Lab engineer/ Administrator to lead the Hardware lab in San Jose, California. This is an onsite position providing lab support and management for multiple development teams: Hardware, Software, ASIC, QA, product marketing, customer engineering.

You will take responsibility for the San Jose California HW lab, including ensuring lab readiness, lab governance compliance, lab network compliance, equipment and rework shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities may include:
- Provide lab management and network direction.
- Offer system administration.
- Support network device management.
- Provide lab network configuration support.
- Consistently deliver high-quality lab services to developers.
- Effectively manage and influence various levels of developers.
- Be a part of an amazing Switch and Fabric Organization.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

 - Bachelor's degree or higher.

 - 5 years+ work experience in high tech corporate environment / technology company.
 - 5 years+ experience network administration.
 - 5 years+ experience lab management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years working in technical roles, lab management roles, network administration roles
