YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive implementation of innovative manufacturing technologies, especially continuous manufacturing as well as automation and digitalization for the development of solid dosage forms in close collaboration with Process Science and Product Supply within Bayer Pharma
• Develop state-of-the-art formulations for novel active ingredients (APIs) and line extensions, including activities related to process development utilizing Design of Experiments (DoE) studies to establish process understanding as well as support scale-up, validation and transfer to commercial scale
• Generate regulatory documentation with respect to drug product development reports and global registration modules as well as intellectual property
• Lead a lab team as well as interdisciplinary teams with complex and strategic tasks

WHO YOU ARE

• PhD or equivalent graduate degree in pharmacy (pharmaceutical technology), engineering or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical formulation and process development technologies of solid oral dosage forms
• Good leadership skills as well as the ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams
• High degree of commitment and ability to take action for continuous improvement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
