KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

• To operate reactor, mixing equipment, testing instrument & application process machine 
• To conduct basic mechanical property test, like viscosity, Tg, bonding strength, green strength and observe / record processing parameter, like pot life , soft point , open time, setting time … 
• To collect and generate accurate data 
• To compile technical reports and handle related technical documents. 
• To maintain lab EHS and house-keeping standard

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Education:
• Degree in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, materials science, materials chemistry or chemical engineering
• Experiences:
• At least half years’ experience in Chemical laboratory.
• Technology Competencies: 
• Demonstrate a basic level of polymer synthesis 
• Demonstrate a basic level of practice in chemical hazard classification and toxicology
