This exciting role offers opportunity to: Develop and Execute Reliability strategy for Crouse Hinds global Harsh and Hazardous Product portfolio; Establish Reliability Growth and Demonstration Test infrastructure, methodologies for current and future NPI; Develop and Execute Reliability strategy for Crouse Hinds global Harsh and Hazardous Product portfolio; Establish Reliability Growth and Demonstration Test infrastructure, methodologies for current and future NPI; Responsible for Crouse-Hinds global reliability training Responsible for Crouse-Hinds DFR implementation into Agile ProLaunch NPI process Manage Reliability lab budgets and test equipment infrastructure/maintenance. Effectively lead, mentor/coach a Reliability team comprising of reliability engineers, test engineers & Lab/test technicians. Effectively manage multiple (8 to12) Product family reliability growth and demonstration tests simultaneously. Assess, manage and mitigate reliability and safety risks thru the product life cycle; Guide global product development/design teams on setting Reliability goals, Design margins and product verification/validation test plans; Collaborate with global partners, test labs, experts in order to enable effective strategy implementation; Represent Crouse Hinds in key Reliability standard development forums. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 8+ years of experience in Product Reliability Reliability related in products of lighting, power distribution and controls, communication equipment, Strong communications among multiple nations and cross functions, project management, office, data analysis, Sharp analytical abilities, etc. Yes!
