EPG Labs are looking for talented HW / SW / Industrial Engineer with managerial experience for challenging position to lead Engineering support in Validation Labs. The EPG Jerusalem site Lab Manager will be responsible for : - HW and System Validation Labs - Managing Labs operation, Engineering and Lab Support for projects execution. - Supporting Project Managers and Validation Engineers directly - Driving multifunctional Engineering disciplines in IT and HW domains - Responsible for Lab infrastructure design, upgrade, sustain and maintenance and mechanical solutions integration. - Responsible for PADS lab include: plan, assembly exec, testing, and delivering of new PCB's - SOC and Validation boards allocation and monitoring. - Lab Safety practices - Working with Senior Lab managers in other groups, Corporate Services, Engineering Computing and Business Unit Lab stakeholders. - Lab assets inventory management and procurement - Lab budget planning and execution - Day-to-day Labs operation; planning and execution, Prioritizing workloads within and across multiple labs.

Qualifications

BSc in Electronics / Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering degree with 3+ years of experience In System Integration / Validation Labs environment, Understanding of network and compute architecture and Unix/Linux and Bash scripting experience, Proven Managerial and Management skills on lab support Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in changing environment Demonstrated ability to develop and grow team members, through coaching, mentoring, and training Ability to engage Internal and External stakeholders in IT and HW domains, gather insights and influence to align the organizational goals. Ability to self-manage through high levels of ambiguity Ability to draft concise and Practical Lab policies, Procedures, Trainings and Communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
