Job Purpose:

The jobholder is to fulfill all lab day-to-day operations.

Principal Accountabilities:

Implement the Environment, Health, Safety (“EHS”) regulations and the analytical plan to meet the Company’s objectives.

Take full responsibility for the testing of incoming materials, in-process products and finished products on day and night shift.

Work closely with the plant shifts to ensure the representative sampling and accurate testing of the sample.

Report non-conformances timely.

Take charge of daily maintenance work of lab instruments, and managing the inventory of lab chemicals and retention samples, and lab housekeeping.

Assist in testing work on trouble shooting and improvement actions.

Follow QMS rules in regular work (ISO9001 & IATF16949).

Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed

Professional school graduated or above, majored in chemical analysis or related. 3 or more years’ laboratory work experience in a chemical manufacturing company Experience in operating GC, GPC and Automatic Titrator is a must. Familiar with NIR, AAS, FT-IR, GC-MS etc. is preferred. Basis computer operation skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Basic knowledge of English in reading is preferred High sense of responsibility and accuracy Teamwork spirits
