The position of Toxicology Lab Technical Service Representative is within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics located at Santa Rosa, CA. This role will provide telephone customer service regarding the company's services and/or products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Takes and processes customer support transactions by telephone, internet, ticketing queue and correspondence from customers and representatives.  
• Provide basic information regarding drugs of abuse testing to customers.
• Work with laboratory teams to investigate specimen status and retrieve records.
• Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes.
• Troubleshoot account issues and work with other functions to resolve open tickets.
• Assist in the preparation of business record affidavits.
• Request various internal records or documentation upon client’s request.
• Other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
