Lab Technician

Report to Senior Flavorist

Main Responsibilities:

1、Support Senior Flavorists and Flavorists:

• Compound flavor recipes by formula. Test the flavour according to instruction.
• Prepare, bottle, and label for newly made flavors. Help organize flavour collection and samplingpurpose.

2、Flavor Creation Labs Raw Material management:

• Order new RM samples to replenish the stock from production
• Understand RM and help to organize and record the RM according to safety requirement.

3、Misc. Lab Support:

• Take responsibility as Safety Officer for Flavor Creation Labs.
• Clean the lab after everyday work. Overlook public area and aware of odor control needs.

Qualifications：

1、Education, Chemistry or Food Science or related background is preferred. Minimum equals to technical secondary school(中专) .

2、Professional Experience, Chemical or food science lab working experience before; basic knowledge of formula.

3、Skills, MS Office, some basic English, highly motivated to get work done, high sense of safety.
