Responsibility & Duties：

[Daily work]

1. To comply in the daily work with Laboratory Procedures according to national and international standards (ISO, FDA, EP, USP，CP，GB，etc.).

2. Manage all Laboratory activities with respect to timetables, communication, methodology and GLP.

3. Together with the laboratory supervisor/technical manager ensure all Laboratory procedures are in place and up-dated.

4. Identify and eliminate potential Laboratory hazards in conjunction with EHS staff.

5. Identify and discuss specification deviations with customers as required.

6. Ensure sufficient reagents & consumables to meet the daily work requirements.

7. Ensure all testing to support routine and validation activities is done correctly and on tim

Technical responsibility

1. Arrange lab test schedule to leverage resource to provide consistent high quality of laboratory testing services in accordance with agreed time lines

2. Ensure all laboratory records are properly archived.

3. Ensure all laboratory test methods are validated appropriately

4. Ensure all lab equipment qualification/ validation activities are performed on time

Knowledge/education and training:

1. College degree or above and major in microbiology / chemistry or related

2. Know laboratory quality management systems

Experiences skills:

1. Microbiology or relevant laboratory work for at least 3 year;
