Essential Functions：

? Support lab activities for SB/SA latex test and relative application development according to different market (binder for P&B, Li-ion battery .etc.)–focus on Asia Pacific.

? Work closely with Asian & European & North American team to solve customer issues to improve satisfaction.

? Provide technical guidance to production to ensure high product quality, and document management.

? Support new technology customization and commercialization together with commercial team.

? Support new business development from technical regards together with commercial team.

? Lab maintenance: Keep lab operation well-organized and tidy, well documentation

? EHS: Act within the EHS regulations

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills:

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor

Minimum Experience (years and type): 2~3 years are preferred but not mandatory Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Coating/latex lab experience or similar chemical background.

Quick learner.

Strong operational ability.

Strong communication skill.
