Responsible for data filing and team administrative for Textile Coating Application Development team.

following details:

- Enter lab data into electronic database;

- Upload raw material information (technical data sheet, safety data sheet) to database;

- Raw material and formulation registration in database;

- U pload legal documents to database and check and maintain the documents by legal requirement

- Support sample shipment, such as waybill filling, document preparation, compliance check etc.

- Raw material order and stock management;

- Coordinate purchasing lab consumable goods and chemicals.

Mandatory:

- Bachelor or college degree majored in polymer, chemistry, chemical engineering, material science, fiber, textile, dying and finishing, or related science or engineering degree etc.;

- Familiar with MS office;

- Very careful in details;

- Be able to work independently, rigorously and strong execution;

- Good in communication, have courage to ask whenever in doubt;

- Language skills: Chinese, good written and reading English.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Vocational training in chemistry (“Chemielaborant”) or equivalent, work experience in a laboratory

• Knowledge of common laboratory procedures and skill and, mechanical aptitude in handling laboratory equipment as well as, modifying/adapting laboratory equipment for specific development, programs

• Ability to multi-task while working independently with occasional, supervision

• Ability to analyze, review and summarize data in an effective, manner

• Ability to work in a team environment with a group of diverse, individuals

• Basic computer (e.g. MS Office and lab-specific software) skills

• Good technical and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to maintain a safe work environment and follow safe work, practices (e.g. with chemicals)
