1.主要职责 Main Responsibility:

1)利用实验室设备和资源，对部件和产品进行质量检测；

Operate laboratory equipment and resources to perform quality test on components and products.

2)报告质量检测结果和数据分析；

Report quality test result, data analysis.

3)日常机加工零件的测量及外部来料测量；

Conduct measurement for machining parts and incoming components.

4)严格按照试验室流程操作，做好日常设备点检、维护保养；

Strictly obey the lab testing process, and make daily check & maintenance on equipment.

5)确保报告及时、准确、简洁，并遵循标准格式；

Ensure that reports are timely, accurate, concise, and following standard formatting.

6)正确使用设备并定期维护；

Use equipment correctly and maintain them on a regular basis.

7)完成领导布置的任务。

Complete the tasks assigned by leaders.

2.上岗条件 Qualification:

1）大专及以上 College or above .

2）测量技术背景 Measurement technology background

3）至少3年实验室相关经验

Minimum 3 years of work experience in lab

4）熟悉CMM，高度计，硬度计等测量设备

Familiar with measurement equipment such as CMM, altimeter, hardness tester etc.

5）熟悉MS办公软件 Familiar with MS office software.

6) 需要翻班 Need shift.
