Position Purpose & Summary
Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality of the organization’s raw material, in-process product, and finished goods.

Principal Accountabilities

 Responsible for supporting supervisor to implement and improve CNAS and GLP management system.

 Responsible for analytical method development and validation.

 Responsible for sample acceptance and preparaton.
负责样品的接收和制备。
 Perform routine quantitative and qualitative chemical or biological analysis to verify process conditions.Evaluate the physical characteristics of raw materials and products.
执行常规的定量和定性化学或生物分析以验证流程条件。评估原材料和产品的物理特性。
 Record results, perform calculations, and prepare simple technical reports, including conclusions and recommendations.

 Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on laboratory equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.

Qualifications Education, Experience, Skills
1.Minimum Required Qualifications
 Junior college or above in food analysis or related major (Food、Medicine、Chemistry or similar)
 1 year’s or above work experience as lab technician in food or additive industry;
 Accept fresh graduates，experience in food analysis lab is a plus；
 Familiar with testing facility and testing practice;
 Analytical, Chemical, and instrumental skills and knowledge.
 Familiar with food and drug testing knowledge such as moisture 、PV、TVBN、salt and other testing knowledge.
 Good communication skills
 Essential Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint skill
 Aptitude to learn and understand processes.
 Working experience in HPLC, GC or LC-MSMS detection is preferred；
