Position Summary:

Support CTC lab work of application development.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Provide routine laboratory support with general supervision directed at the preparation and evaluation of various specialty silicone products and applications.

2. Conduct all necessary lab experiments and record experimental data and observations objectively in an organized laboratory notebook.

3. Provide charts, graphs and written summaries of experimental results to Scientist.

4. Always maintain safe operations and orderly laboratory work environment

5. Some administration work of lab, such as experimental materials purchasing

6. Product sample management

Requirements:

1. College degree or above in organic Chemistry or Polymer Science.

2. Fluent in English writing, verbal English is preferred.

3. Awareness of safe laboratory operations and chemical handling.

4. Demonstrate basic understanding of polymer chemistry.

5. Performing literature and patent searches, scouting for new technologies.

6. Open-minded with good interpersonal & communication skills.

7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, with careful attention to detail and high level of initiative ability to be flexible and to work on multiple projects at any given time.

8. 0～2 years' experience in Chemical Company.
