SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE/职位与基本目的的范围

 The Lab Technician Intern will be supervised by lab senior scientist closely and after training will perform routine testing in compliance with laboratory test methods and procedures to support the manufacturing.

 The Lab Technician Intern must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing.

 The Lab Technician Intern will receive detail instructions about required tasks and results expected. Work will be well supervised and is reviewed for accuracy upon completion.

 The Lab Technician Intern is expected to apply standard practices and techniques in specific situations and to recognize discrepancies in results and follow operations through a series of detailed steps and processes.

Required Competencies and Skills/所需的能力与技能:

 1、Self-motivated 

2、Ability to communicate orally and in writing

 3、Ability to work with others

 4、Experience in a GMP laboratory environment is preferred

5、Availability: at least 2 days available per week
