Tasks

• Provide testing and assessment services according to product standards;
• Supervise and train the testers, trainees and to make sure their competence and test quality;
• Evaluate test data, issue and check test reports;
• Participate in test equipment failure analysis and maintenance.
• Participate in product test failure analysis, provide improving proposal and advice.
• Study and share new regulations/standards/updated knowledge development of technical and general knowledge by actively participating and contributing in trainings, discussions and meetings;
• Study updated product standards and prepare new test methods;
• Prepare or design testing fixtures or jigs for efficiency improvement;
• Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by superiors.

Requirements

• B.S in Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of Experience in Testing in relevant field.
• Good knowledge and understanding of analog circuit or digital circuit, Application of Electronic and Electrical Components, Testing activities and Test equipment.
• Fluent in written and verbal in English.
• Excellent team player, responsible and reliable is must.
• Proficient in MS-Office.
• A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
