Eaton’s PSD division is currently seeking a Labor Relations Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Queretaro facility.
The Labor Relations Analyst is responsible for supervising the transportation and dining services of the employees as well as the control of the benefits assigned by the company.

Some activities related with the position will be:
- Coordination the process of disengagement of employees
- Follow-up to Labor cases
- Control of expenses generated from services: Transportation, Dining, Cleaning
- Generate the reports for the monthly budget of services
- Ensure compliance on time of the services like transportation, dining and cleaning with the quality and standars designed by the company to the normal and overtime schedules
- Creation and monitoring of buying requirements in SAP for the services area
- Activate and deactive proximity cards for all the employees in the company
- Updating internal systems and data bases with the personal information of our employees
- Assignment and coordinate the processes of labor contracts.
- Control of files: registration and termination of personnel
- HRDA / HRMS changes
- Follow up procedures; STPS, MESH, COFEPRIS, SS
- Control and manual update of contractors
- Promote the organizational culture of the company.
- Motivate employees to maintain desired levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through the effective use of CIA services, benefits, and compensation
- Implement, promote and maintain a safe work environment, through a culture of accident prevention, investigation, maintenance team and application of rules, as well as the identification, control and administration of risks and dangers in the department.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- College degree in administration, business, psychology or similar.
- 2-5 years’ experience in HR.
- Broad knowledge in administration of services, experience in negotiations with unions, knowledge in labor law (LFT), SAP.
- GR, Ethical, Transparent, Accountable.
