We are looking for a Laboratory Manager to perform the following duties:

• In-charge of the laboratory work, and supervise the team
• Perform testing methodologies and instrument evaluation
• Ensure the protocol is followed and exercise quality control
• Provide training and development to laboratory staff
• Support Senior Management to achieve Company expansion and development
• Perform any other duties assigned by Senior Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in clinical laboratory and min. 2 years in management level is desired
• Registered as Part I technologist under the Medical Laboratory Technologists Board (MLT) of Hong Kong is an advantage
• Able to perform duties with attentive and meticulous manners
• Self-motivated with leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferable
