Scope of the Job：

• Running the Chemical/Physical Lab
• Quality testing and troubleshooting, Benchmark analysis, raw material approval, mix characterization
• Lab reporting, implementing new methods and equipment

Main Accountabilities：

1. Running all quality tests for product releases, mix release

2. Running troubleshooting analysis for TC and Asian plants

3. Cooperating with external institutes and universities

4. Cooperating with the Chemical Lab in the HQ

5. Running the raw material approval process

6. Method development

7. Running benchmarking investigations

8. Coordinating lab test activities

9: Implement and Maintenance “5S”on work area
