岗位职责：
1.实验室常规实验，分析结果，独立总结检测报告
To perform routine immunoassay in a high qualified medical laboratory, analyze the results and summarize the diagnostic reports independently
2.认真落实实验室的规章制度
To seriously implement the regulations and rules in the lab
3.按照标准程序维护实验室中的设备和仪器。识别仪器故障和控制测试结果，采取纠正措施并报告主管
To maintain equipment and instruments in the lab, following established procedures. To recognize instrument malfunction and out-of-control test results, takes corrective action and report to the supervisor
4.完成其他主管或部门领导分配的相关工作
To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned from the supervisor or the department head

岗位要求：
1.临床医学、医学检验或生物等相关专业大专及以上学历
Medical college degree or above majoring in Cinical Medicine,Medical Laboratory or Biology
2.具备医学实验室使用（方法、材料、技术）的基本知识
Basic knowledge of the methods, materials, and techniques used in a medical laboratory
3.具备实验室仪器和设备的基本知识
Basic knowledge of laboratory apparatus and equipment
