Responsibilities：

• Accountable to the availability of QA testing service to support manufacturing or company testing needs. This includes maintaining the laboratory in a safe and sound conditions.

• Maintain the laboratory, the equipment, samples and testing records (product and raw material) per applicable standards and statistical methods.

• Introduce, develop, train and implement new testing methods as needed.

• Control the release of product per company quality requirement.

• Improve the performance of laboratory in areas of accuracy, precision, responsiveness, reliability and housekeeping.

• Keep the laboratory in compliance of applicable quality system, company and regulatory requirement.

• Participate or lead corrective investigation on product complains raw material defects and product quality problems.

• Train and certify users in performing laboratory testing.

• Participate in product development projects.

Qualifications：

• Education: minimum college diploma in science or vocation training in laboratory testing.

• Experience: Min 3 years work experience as quality assurance laboratory technicians. Fluent in using equipment such LC, GC, injection molding machine, plastics material physical and analytical testing devices, toughness testing devices and color testing.

• Communication: Fluent in read, write and speak English in a work environment.

Competencies:

• Experience in setting up/maintaing manufacturing quality assurance testing laboratory.
• Experience in performing maintenance and repair to testing equipment in addition to calibration of equipment.
• Experience in performing laboratory audits.
