Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling routine laboratory works in microbiological and polymerase chain reaction laboratories;
-
Provide testing service with PCR technique which cover water and air tests;
- Data logging and analysis;
- Perform equipment maintenance works;
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or above on Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Environmental science or relevant disciplines;
- Knowledge of polymerase chain reaction / sequencing would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of environmental samples (wastewater / fresh water / air / surface swab) would be an advantage;
- Being proactive;
- Immediately available is highly preferred
