Job Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for the processing and storage preparation of cord blood units according to laboratory Standard Operation Procedures

Plan, set up and undertake controlled experiments and trials

Handle and accurate recording laboratory data, present results to Lab Manager/ Lab Director

Demonstrate of procedures and scientific analysis

Receive and accept of incoming materials
Perform maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment

Write reports, reviews and summaries
Participate in-house and external training as required

Report duty on shift
Undertake other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biological Science, Biotechnology or Life Science related disciplines. Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Experience in processing of cord blood or performing laboratory testing would be an advantage, but not a must
• Experience in phlebotomy would be an advantage
• High sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Able to work independently and without supervision
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Must be Hepatitis B immunized.
