Key responsibilities:

l
Work on a broad range of production and advanced design programs as part
of a growing, multinational team of highly creative designers

l
Express a high level of creativity through free-hand drawings as well as
computer sketches and renderings

l
Demonstrate a high level of flexibility by working on overall light design
proposals right down to detailed solutions of the lights

l
Guide a design from sketch phase to virtual and 3D modeling and through
to A-class surfacing (with an understanding of the b surfaces and light
packaging requirements)

l
Work closely together with engineering to find innovative light
solutions that can be brought to production and support our exterior brand
vision

Skills & Qualifications:

l
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Product or Transportation
Design

l
Passionate about detail and automotive light design，Able to
deliver under tight time constraints

l
Willing to continuously learn and step outside one’s comfort zone,
thriving on new, complex challenges and wanting to make a difference

l
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced
studio environment

l
Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills

l
2+ years of work experience in a global automotive context, preferably
at an OEM

l
Experience with production and advanced automotive light design programs
and a have a thorough understanding of the complexities involved in this
responsible and critical position.
