The Job:

• Investigating and assessing the site information/potential site constraints for the development projects
• Planning and supervising the construction of landscape works in both hard and soft landscape works. Checking of Landscape Works including hard and soft landscape works, Establishment Works, tree works and tree risk assessment related submissions
• Preparing the tender documents
• Checking of landscape submissions. Checking of Landscape Works including hard and soft landscape works, Establishment Works, tree works and tree risk assessment related submissions
• Administering contracts and consultants in out-sourced projects
• Providing professional advice on landscape-related matters, Establishment Works, tree works and tree risk assessment related matters
• Carrying out duties as assigned by the Project Manager and his delegate

Requirements:

• A Professional Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects (HKILA) elected on or after January 1997, or revalidated by HKILA if elected before January 1997, or equivalent; and
• Level 2 or above in HKDSE or Grade "E" in HKCEE in Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent;
• At least one year’s appropriate post-qualification experience
