Job Description
We are looking for a new project sales person. If you feel like you fit with our requirements, please send your cv with your expected salary.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
- Identifying and developing sales opportunities
- Site visits (taking measurements of potential jobs)
- Specifying projects
- Visiting (prospective) clients and sharing the company’s capabilities and solutions
- Following up on new business opportunities
- Creating sales pitches
- Executing sales objectives
- Negotiating sales contracts and preparing sales contracts following company rules andguidelines
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
- Assisting with retail when needed
Job requirements:
- Degree holder
- Negotiation skills
- Confident, self-motivated
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Goal-oriented and organized team player
- Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
- Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Proficient computer skills on Microsoft or Apple – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Fluent and professional communication in person, on the phone, and in email
- willingness to learn
- Will consider fresh graduates
