Landscape Manager

The Landscape Manager is responsible for supporting all Landscape operations with direct reporting line to Hotel Manager, ensuring that the physical condition of the Landscape is maintained according to original design, safety, and optimum quality standards.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure landscaping supplies and equipment are used effectively and efficiently.
• Assign work for staff properly as per certain area
• Make sure all assigned work is well done.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Department, Outsourced Landscaping Leaders in order to keep our landscaping condition kept well in both public area & villa.
• Make sure all of plants in our landscaping are fertilized and always have sufficient soil.
• Ensure beach area (bush) is clean at any time.
• Ensure our landscaping areas are free of plastic, dry plants, dry leaves and dry flower as well as other rubbish.
• Report unsolvable problem to Chief Engineering immediately when it is found.

 

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Landscape Manager
• Great knowledge on sustainable landscaping
• Ability to work in and support a collaborative environment
• Great team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Great organization skills, ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.
• Very Creative mind set and able to perform under high pressure
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively, open minded
