Job Highlights

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Director / Project Manager in site planning, project management, project presentation, landscape design and graphic presentation.
• Organize and prepare landscape construction drawings and plans for submission, under the supervision of the Project Director / Project Manager.
• Prepare tender package for the projects and cost estimates for construction materials under the instruction and supervision of Senior Project Director / Project Manager.
• Prepare Tender Report to clients and architects with the supervision of Project Director / Project Manager.
• Assist Project Director / Project Manager in project coordination especially in the meeting with local architects, clients and contractors.
• Maintain and update project plans in compliance with the Company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
• Any other duties as requested
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or related disciplines;
• 2-5 years or above design experience in related industry;
• Excellent design sense and communication skill are essential;
• Experience in large scale commercial projects will be a plus;
• Hand-on and well-polished skills in Sketchup, AutoCad, Lumion, 3ds max, Indesign, graphic will be added advantage,
• Overseas work experience or exposure in international environment would be at an advantage;
• Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Landscape/ Project Designer;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Landscape/ Project Designer
