Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operation of the landside duty team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Monitor and ensure the efficient operations of landside and airport road networks through interaction with stakeholders
• Ensure the operational management of all systems and facilities are at maximum availability and drive all business partners to ensure a safe and optimal operating environment
• Overall in charge on the regulation and coordination of all outsourced contract services such as road management, law enforcement, cleaning, taxi operations, SkyPier operations and Carpark operations to ensure service standards are met
• Responsible for staff management such as deployment and mobilization of resources to efficiently and effectively handle busy traffic / passengers at different choke points on landside such as departure kerb, Ground Transportation Centre, Car Park pick up bays and airport interchanges etc.
• Coordinate with the Police to conduct increasing law enforcement activities such as touting, hawking, illegal parking, illegal pickup and jay walking etc.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Transportation, Aviation Management, Facility Management or related discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations in which 5 years of experience must be in managerial capability. 
• Form 7 or above with over 15 years of relevant work experience will also be considered
• Experience in aviation, transportation, logistic industry is preferred
• Self-initialed, innovative and highly analytical
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Possession of valid HK driving license (Class 1 and/or 2)
• Solid experience in airport operations (terminal and ferry), land transport, road operation and AA by-law enforcement
