Objective of job
Arrange late collection daily work and activities according to set policy and procedure. Be responsible for disposal of the trouble cases by working with team members, agencies , as well as comunication with local government or public institutions, such as public security bureau, court, etc.
Task Description
1.Early and Late Collection Management
• Collecte late delinquent customers in Late Collection stage (including retail, HCV & Fleet customers), ensure the collection activities comply with the business policy and manual.
• Indentify customers intention and payment ability , analyze the risk level and collection probability for every single case, and take different collection activities.
• Review cases with team members in weekly meeting and share the experience.
• Provide case distribution rule suggestion and case follow up instruction.
• Discuss problems and collect suggestions and escalate to manager.
• Carry out PBOC inquery based on set regulations and payment allocate.
2.Outsourced cases handling and Agent Management
• Work with and managing external agent on outsourced cases, study agent report, and provide proper collection suggestion.
• Monitoring and motivating agent’s performance and activities.
3.Team Management Support
• Priodically share early and late collection information with teams or business partners.
• Support to optimize process and daily operation to enhance current practice.
• Support to deliver training / on-the-job support to team members.
• Support to monitoring team members’ target achievement status.
• Collect system enhancement requirement within team, organize internal discussion on system changing, draft related documents.
4.Others
• Support of Manager in other tasks and projects.
