As the leader of Regional Field Marketing for Latin America, you have the unique ability to influence and grow key strategic regions for the company.

This position is responsible for:

  • Continuously creating, designing, and influencing marketing campaigns for Intel across Client, Datacenter, Networking, and Software segments, driving flawless execution of those campaigns in market with localized truth and resonance that can and will be measured to ambitious KPIs.

  • Advancing Intel's standing in Awareness and Perception across key audiences in the region with targeted actions, socializing ideas and impact across groups that include our BUs, SMG, and GMO partners.

  • The role provides the opportunity to develop and execute a multi-year strategy that builds upon our existing business and opens new growth opportunities for Latin American markets, for our partners, and Intel.

  • Marketing solutions across the entire portfolio of Intel products and services coordinated through a large ecosystem of industry partners.

  • Building relationships with key account executives and add strategic value to their business.

  • Representing Intel in the region and industry as a spokesperson with partners, clients, at external conferences, etc. able to deftly represent our strategy, working comfortably at senior levels within Intel and within our customers to identify and drive customer requirements and market needs into actionable goals.

  • Recognizes and drives timely feedback on market trends and opportunities back to Intel management for inclusion in future products, strategies or initiatives

  • Managing multiple projects across internal teams and external groups and agencies

  • Leading teams to successfully execute campaigns end to end; Creating briefs, reviewing content, and tracking progress, adjusting, relying on data-driven methods and approach

  • Coordinating and influencing diverse group of internal, external, and partner stakeholders

  • Deep collaboration across GMO centers of excellence to drive most relevant, most impactful programs and activities in LATAM markets

  • Crisp, constant communication of activities, personnel, and market segments to Americas Regional Marketing Leader

  • Developing strategy for special projects, regional opportunities, and long range, multi-year planning for market growth and brand excellence

  • Driving efficiencies and organizational excellence, sharing, education across LATAM Marketing teams

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Virtual US West and Canada

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

  • Master's degree a plus

  • Mastery of breadth of Marketing discipline and deep knowledge in field 10+ years

  • Understanding of and experience in the semiconductor industry

  • 3+ years management experience minimum

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals

  • Advanced level of English

  • Proficiency to Native ability in Spanish or Portuguese

  • Availability to travel 40 percent of the time post pandemic


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of P hardware and related technologies

  • Passion for PC gaming and/or content creation a plus

  • Understanding of Datacenters, cloud, and networking a plus

The operations team focuses on forecasting, driving alignment with factory production and delivering efficiency tools and our marketing capability drives demand and localized marketing in locations around the globe. This position involves executing marketing strategies across the buyer's journey for Intel's client PC, Datacenter, Networking, Graphics, and Software business. You will work closely with a strong team of marketers developing strategies, programs, and activities that connect Intel with the technical community to help build affinity and advocacy for our products and technologies.

Candidates should have the discipline and organization skills to manage multiple projects in a highly matrixed environment. They must be able to collaborate effectively with experienced professionals and follow direction with careful attention to detail. Familiarity with digital marketing tactics is required along with an understanding of the authenticity needed to resonate with savvy audiences. Candidates should be capable of learning on the fly and will have opportunities to gain experience across a range of marketing disciplines and projects.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$149,430.00-$261,690.00

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
