An Insight into What You'll Do:
- Promote the value of working for Intel; helps us attract great candidates who fit our culture and can support our purpose.
- Create and build brand awareness, position Intel as an Employer of Choice
- Develop a multi-channel strategy that brings the best talent to Intel
- Generate new leads and build a talent pipeline of key profiles, aligned to Intel's hiring needs
- Determine and optimized the effectiveness of the different channels to recruit, as well as the advertising spend

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of applied marketing experience (preferably related to the company brand, talent attraction and lead or pipeline generation) OR Recruitment attraction
- Advanced English level (spoken and written)
- 1+ years of experience planning and executing events
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years working in a Multinational Company
- Experience working with Social Media channels including content development, community management, and data analytics
- Research and Data Analytics skills

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
