As the Launch Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for launch preparation support and development of innovative solutions for launch challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the processes of analyzing and determining market opportunity of AZ pipeline
• Prepare basic commercial strategy including 5 – 10 years sales forecast for the pipeline projects facing major development/pre-commercialized milestones
• Develop target product profile, product positioning, early stage market planning, customer segmentation and strategic market development activities
• Build, maintain, and communicate product launch plans and track the deliverables, achievements, risks and dependencies from the cross functional launch team
• Proactively identify and prioritise critical activities and ideations to ensure launch success
• Collaborate with marketing and medical to prepare for the go-to-market plan and activities for any new product

Essential Requirements

• Your education background is in science or marketing preferably with an MBA from a top university
• You have a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry in Malaysia and possess the experience and exposure to lead new product launches effectively and profitably
• You have led management of cross-functional groups to accomplish corporate goals
• You have experience in coordinating, implementing and/or managing complex, diverse project and functions for a diverse environment.
• You are proficient in English with strong communication skills
• You have strong accountability and project management for tasks without close supervision
