? studies at university with the balance point of plastics or advance training to a technician

? profession experience in a comparable position for at least 3 years

? knowledge about the materials for the automobile interior and the plastic processing

? knowledge about manufacturing technology

? knowledge instrument engineering an tool construction

? capacity for teamwork, social competence

? knowledge about company organisation MTCL

Task/Area of responsibility:

? responsible for implementation newer production process for start of production

? cooperation at the process layout flowchart, system FMA, specification equipment, appraisement toil concept by adjustment with the production (FBL, SGL)

? coordination of the project report at the factory

? Collect, appraise and transcription of the project specifications from the factory prospect

? Identifying, introduction and moving of optimization measures

? coordination of the acknowledgment of all project activities from the factory to the project team

? Preparation of specifications and support of the investment procurement (incl. ability proofs)

? building from launch status reports for quality,

date, factories, (OEE) and costs, target

? Observance of date-/cost- (budget-) and quality responsibility according to described tasks

? Control the core team of the factory

? Securing the project advancement in collaboration between factory and Technical Center

? Covering dates quality in the dedicated systems

? Preparation, execution an documentation from the production test

? Report to the project leader according to the project guidelines

? Securing customer satisfaction

? Continuous improvement by establish systems (e.g. Kaizen 5 S etc)

? Date-/cost- (budget-) and quality responsibility according to facilities and maintenance resource

? Compliance with the targets of ISO/TS 16949, environmental management system 14001, energy management to DIN ISO 500001, to working security and of the dangerous goods as well as the operational organization structure
