岗位职责 Job Responsibility

1, Be involved in advanced development for Lesson learn shared for better design. 在项目初期参与产品的早期开发，确保以往的经验得以反馈，从而使产品设计更加优化。

2, Understanding the risk from advanced design stage and make necessary back up plan for industrialization. 了解由于项目早期设计阶段遗留问题而在产品工业化过程中可能导致的风险，并预先制定好必要的应急方案。

3, Take leader for industrialization to realize product from drawing to physical parts (from P0 to P4 SOP +3. 从项目阶段0 到SOP+3 由项目导入团队主导产品由图纸转化为实物。 a) Leading team for in-house production process and line (Tooling) design to meet initial phase sample parts and mass production requirements. 引领并激励团队确保模具及工装开发符合早期样件职责交付校样以及量产的要求。 b) In-house process document preparation and optimization for samples from line and mass production parts， make sure internal resource to fulfill samples delivery. 确保工厂自制样件及量产产品所有的文档齐备,负责协调内部资源保证样件准时交付。 c) Coordinate with purchasing as leader and SQE for components PPAP activities. Coordinate with SQE as leader for components quality improvement 与SQE相配合，支持和协调以采购为主导的采购件的PPAP认可工作。并且配合SQE完成采购件的质量改进。

4, Control the time, cost and quality for project launch phase, achieve the target set when project kick off. 严格管控项目导入阶段的成本,时间和质量，达成项目启动时制定的各项指标。

5, Report the progress and risk of project launch to Program manager and VCN management team regularly. Participate or lead the projects review meeting and problem solving according to VCN VPES and RASI chart. 及时向相对应的项目经理以及伟速达中国管理团队汇报项目导入的进展和风险情况，并按照伟速达VAST流程及RASI中规定的职责参与或组织项目阶段性评估会议。

6, Contribute on company and department related business process improvement. Continuously increase the efficiency. 参与公司及部门目前体系流程的持续改进，促进团队成员工作效率的不断提升。

7, Before&After SOP all changes follow EC procedure. 跟踪项目量产前后运营内部工程变更按照EC流程执行.

8. Support GM to set up and develop new launch team in VJZ 支持总经理完成荆州工厂Lauch团队的建立和培训

9. Leading Launch team together with GM to secure success project transfer 带领launch团队和总经理一起，确保项目转移测成功实施

10.Work with GM and VJZ team to do well planning for VJZ project and new developed project 与工厂总经理一起对荆州工厂的项目转移及新开发项目进行策划安排

Job Requirements / 岗位要求

• ME/ IE/Auotmotive Engineering/Project Management or related technical degree is required.

  机械/工业工程/车辆工程及项目管理相关学士及以上学位

• 5years minimum experience in automotive parts manufacture required， at least 3 years experience of same position.

  至少5年汽车零部件制造业工作经验，至少3年同岗位工作经验

• Previous project experience preferred, leadership and team play.

  项目经验, 领导能力和团队合作

• Good oral and written English and Chinese language skills.

  良好的中英文读说写能力

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, project team, customers.

  具备能力撰写报告，程序文件。能够有效的汇报情况以及响应来自项目团队，经理，客户的问题。

• Familiar with TS16949, ISO14000 System and APQP process. 熟悉TS16949及ISO14000体系和APQP流程

• Profound knowledge of PC applications, especially MS-Powerpoint and MS-Project

  计算机基本技能熟练，精通MS-Powerpoint和MS-Project的操作和使用。

• With experience in project transfer management was preferred
