Responsibilities:
• Pick up all guests’ laundry, dry cleaning and pressing, ensure proper identification on the list.
• Mark, sort and check all laundry, dry cleaning and pressing requirements of guests and associates and 
  ensure  that all guest instructions are followed
• Debit laundry and dry cleaning charges to guest account with Opera System
• Answer incoming telephone calls

• 收集客人待洗的衣物﹔確保在清單上標明合適的識別
• 標記，分類及檢查所有洗衣及乾洗﹔遵守服務的標準
• 於系統記入洗衣及乾洗收費
• 接聽電話來電
 

Requirements:
• With formal vocational training in hotel operation is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Laundry
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
 

入職要求：
• 曾接受酒店運作培訓可獲優先考慮
• 具備兩年或以上相關洗衣之工作經驗
• 懂書寫及說英文
