Laundry Attendant
As our Laundry Attendant, you will be providing a constant supply of clean linens for the entire hotel including the guest’s and employee laundry services.

What you will be doing:

• To sort soiled guestroom linen as required and fill containers, label and make ready for pick-up
• To sort/count soiled linen (Food & Beverage) and fill in containers, label and make ready for pick-up
• Report any articles found within the linen/chute area eg. glass, food, cutlery, needles
• Keep own working area constantly clean and tidy during day and end of shift
• Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service

Your experience and skills include:

• Warm and caring personality; previous related experience is a must
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
