The Turf Doctor is a small business with family values at our core. We are looking for independent, self-motivated people that would like to have a long-term career in lawn care and pest control. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outdoor industry, have the ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and most importantly be self-motivated. We are looking for people who can demonstrate that they have a positive can do attitude. Our technicians are the face of our company. They build strong, lasting relationships with customers, continually educate them, and readily seek out ways to help ensure their lawn is pest-free and healthy. Your role will be to apply the correct fertilizers, weed controls, and insect control products to our customer’s lawns in order to provide the greenest, thickest, and most weed free lawns possible. We will provide you with all of the training you will need in order to receive your pesticide applicators license and succeed in this industry.
