工作职责:

1. Giving legal advice, reviewing documents for Sales etc.;

2. Drafting and making comments to product documents, applications, contracts, preparing memoranda on legal topics;

3. Communications with external law firms and regulators;

4. Advising and participation in business development projects;

5. Doing other legal affairs as required by routine operations

任职资格:

Education:

1. Bachelor Degree or above.

Experience/Skills:

1. Lawyer’s qualification: 3-5 years or more working experience in law –preferably previous experience in an international law firm or local law firm serving English speaking clients or at least experience with work for US/EU invested companies in China or previous employment in a bank or non-banking financial company.

Knowledge:

1. Knowledge and experience in contract law, commercial, banking, consumer and administrative law of China.

2. Preferably experience with work in multinational teams, with accounting knowledge.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Ready to research on new topics thoroughly;

2. Very good business sense;

3. Proactive, solution bringer;

4. Work independently;

5. Capable of understanding complicated tasks, pays great attention to detail in documentation, good user of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

English request:

1. Confident English speaker and writer, capable of reviewing bilingual documents and check for discrepancies (English x Chinese)
