Responsibilities:
1. In charge of Lazada's inhouse marketing products designing, and have a good roadmap planning to fit compani'es objective.
2. Work with marketing team to understand the marketing performance. Use the data-driven insights and inspire actions to improve the performance.
3. Work with other product teams to ensure the traffics from advertisement are well used onsite and cooperate with other teams to maximize the total performance.
4. Work with tech team to ensure the products are well developed as planning.
5. Keep in touch with the media channels to have innovational products in the marketing field.
岗位要求:
Competencies & Experience required:
1. 3+ years professional experience in marketing or advertising product management.Preferably in e-commerce companies or AD serving companies.
2. Knowledge of the advertisement on social media, search engine, and other major media.
3. Strong business judgement with user data analysis. Technical background is preferred.
4. Excellent English communication skills (written and oral). Fluent oral Mandarin is preferred.
5. Good Ability in teamwork, results-orientation and strong persistence to reach goals.
6. Project management skills.
7. Willingness for international travel when needed.
8. Ability to deal with high pressure, visibility and workload; Willingness to prioritize tasks and take quick decisions.
